pencil carving heart-leav chain by ~cerkahegyzo Take a closer look---the 'chain' is carved from pencil lead! Amazingly intricate and detailed sculpture work or as both of the suggesters wrote, "...amazing" and "...extremely awesome." Suggested by =rezy16 and ~HideTheDecay ( Featured by LabyrinthCreations )

I love the concept; the incredibly delicate links, the fluidity of what was previously rigid, and the imagery infused within... An amazing piece and well deserving of a DD!

Hope you don't mind, but I prompted a piece of flash fiction on your image; Prisoner of Passion

The image is shown as a preview for the writing (credited and linked to of course), setting the scene for the narrative. If you like it then great! If not and you'd like me to remove the link just let me know.

everytime i try to change the pencilmine of my mechanical pencil, i feel like a chirurg and my hands look like a mechanics.

but this is a hole new definition of pencil art, i would really like to see the hands of the artist right after completing the carving of something like this :)

I was so confused like "Why would someone chain two pencils together?" And then I saw the title and just went, "Yes I am genius clearly."

............... Okay.
I've seen real sized Keyblades (from the game Kingdom Hearts, if you never heard of it, I recommend to play the game or watch on Youtube);
I've seen coins with MLP symbols carved in there;
I've seen mini-statues made of all sort of things (from metal, rock and wooden to soap and food; I'm not kidding);
But in my whole life, I've never, I mean EVER seen a chain carved in a pencil! I thought it was digital drawing, until I saw under close examination, I was just like: What the... I mean, really? How in the world can someone carve a chain in a pencil???

It's too awesome to be real! Are you a kind of alien or a wizard???
It's really impressive, here goes the :+fav:!
